Our next Council Member for District 8 will be challenged with addressing issues ranging from property tax relief to public safety to safer streets. Southwest Austin has concerns unique to our area, and I believe those concerns must be heard. I will work tirelessly to address your concerns and to ensure that your voice is heard. I've dedicated almost two decades to serving others, and that's not about to change. I believe that leadership is about the actions you take, not the position you hold. Feel confident that, "You can call on me!”

Let’s make Austin better together!

When Elected Officials Deceive

I’m thankful for my family, my friends and for those who’ve offered support throughout this campaign. I’m a better person for having each of you in my life.

When audits spanning thirteen years have pointed out the same issues in monitoring fee waivers and when the issues involve tracking millions of dollars in lost revenue, I don’t believe waiting a year to audit whether or not any issues remain is the correct course of action.

Family Homestead Initiative

A way of possibility making things easier for the individual homeowner. Treating people like people and not a business. Modest progress is still progress.
